John Nicelli has practiced exclusively in the field of Immigration Law for more than fifteen years. He has constantly fought for the rights of immigrants and has a large portfolio of success stories. He has represented numerous immigrants before the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, the U.S. Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals and other U.S. Government Agencies. He has consistently obtained visa approvals for employment based immigrants including skilled workers, investors, individuals with outstanding abilities including scientists, engineers, lawyers, doctors and numerous other professionals. In addition, he has successfully processed thousands of family based petitions resulting in families who may have been separated for years to be reunited. Mr. Nicelli has also successfully represented numerous individuals who require waivers of deportation or removal both before the U.S. Immigration Service and U.S. Immigration Court. He has been very successful in processing numerous individuals for labor certification and with waivers of recruitment as well. In recent years, Mr. Nicelli represented two individuals both of whom were determined to be deportable by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization service. One of these individuals had a hearing before an Immigration Judge and was ordered deported. He subsequently appealed and the decision was upheld. Arrangements were then made for his removal from the U.S. it was at this point that Mr. Nicelli was retained and immediately investigated the situation. As a result of his investigation it was determined that this man who had been ordered deported was a U.S. citizen. Subsequently, his quick action resulted in this individual being issued a U.S. passport. A second individual was in removal proceedings and had been detained by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. After successfully having this individual released on bond. A. U.S. passport was also issued to her by the U.S. passport office. Removal proceedings were subsequently terminated.

In addition to permanent residence visas', Mr. Nicelli, has processed numerous individuals for non-immigrant temporary visas including H, E, L, I, O, and P visas. Many of the individuals who have obtained these visas are employed by both local and multi national companies.
