As a result of his investigation it was determined that this man who had been ordered deported was a U.S. citizen. Subsequently, his quick action resulted in this individual being issued a U.S. passport. A second individual was in removal proceedings and had been detained by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. After successfully having this individual released on bond. A. U.S. passport was also issued to her by the U.S. passport office. Removal proceedings were subsequently terminated. In addition to permanent residence visas', Mr. Nicelli, has processed numerous individuals for non-immigrant temporary visas including H, E, L, I, O, and P visas.
